The MassXpert software program has been updated, as detailed below.

  • Fix bug showing twice the article citation page in the AboutDlg dialog window.

  • Implement the “Recent files…” feature for the polymer sequence file opening.

  • Added an application preferences window with a convenient structure that lists all the configurable settings.

  • Fix the way ionized polymer whole/selected sequence masses are computed.

  • Code cleanup in a number of class hierarchies.

  • Reworked the QSettings-based saving of session settings (window size and placement …)

  • Fixed bug related to the fact that we silently disregarded the user settings about having a fixed m/z range for the bins to be created in the polymer sequence editor window (creation of a synthetic mass spectrum).

  • Make sure Ctrl-C (copy shortcut) works fine in all the line edit widgets.

  • Update of the user manual
