Fix bug showing twice the article citation page in the AboutDlg dialog window.

Implement the “Recent files…” feature for the polymer sequence file opening.

Added an application preferences window with a convenient structure that lists all the configurable settings.

Fix the way ionized polymer whole/selected sequence masses are computed.

Code cleanup in a number of class hierarchies.

Reworked the QSettings-based saving of session settings (window size and placement …)

Fixed bug related to the fact that we silently disregarded the user settings about having a fixed m/z range for the bins to be created in the polymer sequence editor window (creation of a synthetic mass spectrum).

Make sure Ctrl-C (copy shortcut) works fine in all the line edit widgets.
